Unlike many other salons, I am totally committed to you enjoying your treatment to the full. Rather than trying to squeeze as many clients into one day as I can, I understand that everyone is individual and therefore similar treatments will take different times for different clients. Salons that set time boundaries do not give you the quality of treatment you desire and deserve. The therapist is under pressure to finish ready for the next client and it is your treatment that will suffer for this. You should never be rushed or feel rushed, remember this is time for you to relax and let all your worries disappear, you should feel totally peaceful. This is why I always allow ample time for your treatment; you will never be rushed when receiving a treatment from me.

In the tranquil environment I provide, each treatment is a totally relaxing experience. A thorough consultation is always necessary and you should never expect any less. In this consultation you can ask any questions you have and I will be happy to answer them. If you have any special requirements I will also do my best to cater for them. Client confidentially is a top priority of mine so you can be sure all your treatments are private and personal.

I provide a very high standard of treatment at very competitive prices. I do not believe in high prices for treatments, as I enjoy providing them, this is a reward in itself. I am always professional but friendly, you will be able to relax and feel comfortable around me. If you are ever dissatisfied with any treatment you receive please tell me so that in the future I can ensure I offer a better service. Equally, your positive feedback is also much appreciated.

This is my promise to you. In return it would be greatly appreciated if you could arrive on time for your appointment. If you need to cancel please phone me as far in advance as possible and let me no. If you are going to be more than 10minuetes late please also phone me, it should still be possible to continue with your planned treatment when you arrive, or depending on other bookings, we may need to rearrange it.
